Frigg

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026 · Open beta

1. Who we are

Frigg is operated by [Company legal name], [registered address] ("we"). You can reach us at [support email].

2. What Frigg is

Frigg lets you create AI assistants ("bots"), teach them, and use them: chatting, reading files you attach, keeping notes, contacts, and calendar entries, building charts and pages, and running scheduled tasks. Bots are powered by third-party AI models. They can be wrong. You are responsible for checking anything that matters before you act on it.

3. Beta

This is an open beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may limit usage (for example, daily message limits) and change those limits. We will try to warn you before anything that affects your data, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Frigg. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. We may close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or use bots to harm others.

5. Your content

What you type, upload, and teach your bots stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run the service, including sending it to the AI model providers we use. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. Shared bot links are public to anyone who has the link; what visitors write to a shared bot is stored under their own session, not yours.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Frigg to break the law, to harass or deceive people, to send unsolicited email, to generate content that harms minors, or to attack the service or other users. Bots that send email or act on your behalf act on your instructions; what they send is your responsibility.

7. Payments

Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance for the period chosen. Prices and included usage are shown at purchase. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused time are at our discretion during the beta.

8. No warranty, limited liability

Frigg is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on a bot's output, from service interruptions, or from data loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we will show the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings or by writing to us. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of [country], and disputes go to the courts of [city]. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
